At Harvest Graze Farms, we believe in the power of hard work, regenerative farming, and quality food. Harvest Graze Farms is here to offer sustainability-minded, and quality-focused people high quality grass fed sustainably raised grass-fed products. 

Located in the heart of the magnificent Hunter Valley in Lochinvar, Australia, Harvest Graze Farms offers premium direct-to-consumer grass-fed beef to our clients.  We go above and beyond to be a farm centered on the regenerative agriculture and kind treatment of our animals and embrace an environmentally friendly approach to farming that is ethical, sustainable, with a goal of being carbon neutral.  Moved by our commitment to our animals as well as our customers, our farm is able to produce quality grass-fed beef while raising our cattle in an open and free environment. We ensure our herd is happy, healthy, and well-cared for with regular moves to new pasture and a morning coffee most weekend. The end result?  Grass-fed beef that is teeming with outstanding flavor and countless health benefits delivered straight to your door.  

 

How We Started

The story of Harvest Graze Farms began over two decades ago when Founder and Farmer Hayden grew up locally.  After moving around from Sydney to Chicago, Chicago to Los Angeles, and back to Lochinvar after the birth of their son, Hayden quickly realized that his passion for quality food and the right to know where his food came from drove him to reconnect with his agricultural roots and embrace a life dedicated to regenerative principles which include ethical and humane raising of quality grass-fed beef. 

What We Value

Harvest Graze Farms believes in treating our animals with respect, as well as a fierce dedication to sustainable farming principles and remaining a No till, regenerative farm.  We believe that animals should be allowed to graze naturally throughout the iconic pastures of Harvest Graze Farms.  We believe that each of us has not just the right, but the obligation to know where and how our food is produced.

Have you ever dug a hole and there is no life in the soil but more like sandy dirt with no structure? We believe that current farming practices do not provide a beneficial relationship to the soil. We set out to bring back to life pastures, creeks and farmland while creating diversity. Taking dirt to soil.
